At a cafe, I found "sakura parfait " in the menu and ordered it.
The "tea set" was served in typical asian style and I liked it very much.
The green part at the bottom is sweeten green bean paste.
Over the green bean paste was some vanilla ice cream and
on top ot them you see some sakura flavored jelly and
steamed soft rice dumplings which is also flavored with sakura.
The strawberries add some accent in color, too : )
It looks pretty, huh?
