I love to see the "traditional little things in Japan" like these.
The two small pitchers contain different kinds of soy sauce for each
(one is for sushi, and the other for sashimi (sliced raw fish without rice) )
the red round little container on front side has, in this restaurant, salt.
I sometimes see some similar containers with mustard in it.
The one on the backside is, as you can see, a toothpick.
