In Japan, we eat several kinds of crabs and
this is one of them
which is called KEGANI. This crab has soft
fine ciliation
all over the body. KE means HAIR and KANI
means CRABS in Japanese.
KEGANI is very popular in Hokkaido area.
They don't grow very big, but they are so
tasty : )
